Buying or Selling a 1946 Jaguar Mark IV?

The Jaguar Mark IV was the designation for three models made from 1935 to 1949 by SS Cars, renamed Jaguar in 1945. The SS Jaguar 1.5 liter, 2.5-liter and 3.5 liter, were the three models, available in saloon and two-seat sports car trims. A 1.8-liter, overhead-valve unit from Standard powered the smaller model, enabling a top speed of 113 mph. The unit was linked to a four-speed gearbox also by Standard. A 2.5-liter engine powered the next model in the range and was still sourced from Standard. The car featured a longer chassis to fit the 6-cylinder engine and was available in a drop head model. The 3.5-liter model was the last iteration and offered 125 hp.
