“This is going to sound too good to be true, but it is true! My parents had a 1970 Mercedes 280 that was given to my mom by my grandfather, purchased in the 70s. Over time, the car became too much of a financial burden for my parents to keep repairing and investing in. “So easy! Sold two of my cars prior to selling my house. I had one left, that I dragged my feet on, didn’t want to part with it. Needed by far the most work, but being all original drove the best. My other 2 deals put me through the wringer. Deals falling out, nutty buyers, and everyone wanted ‘their’ mechanic to look at them. Being that this one was an old Buick I thought it would be easy. But old Buicks are hard to sell I guess. I would say give them a shot. At least you’ll save some money on all the booze you’ll need to make it through finding buyers and selling through traditional means.”

“I got his name from Hemmings which I subscribe for over 30 years, and I have a classic Bentley got over 20 years and never really driven it after my restoration and having my knee replacement I decide I should reduce some of my moving inventory and notice Alex’s wanted ad in hemming, so I email him and got a reply almost immediate, so I send him some info and he said he is interested, we made the deal in 48 hours in between my overseas trip of 72 hours, I found he is straight forward and did not nickel and dime which is how I would like to deal also, actually I had been to his operation looking to one of the rare Rolls with BMW v12 mechanics not knowing its the same operation. he is a good guy to deal with!
