“Decided to inquire about possibly selling my 83 911SC Cabrio and checked with Alex. He made a very fair offer and I didn’t have to answer 50 questions on the auction sites as to why the top hadn’t been replaced, why a couple axle seals has slight leaks, why I hadn’t dry ice blasted the undercarriage, why the mostly original paint had chips (Ah, I drive the car). I sent Alex an email on a Sunday afternoon with several pictures of my 1956 Bentley S1 that I wanted to sell to make room in my shop for a pre-war car. I am from the western part of Michigan and was on-line researching forums for information on how to remove the airbox from my 74 911 Porsche Targa when I saw an ad from a classic car dealer.
